Hapoel Jerusalem Football announced today (Tuesday) that the team's CEO, Uri Sheretsky, has signed with the CEO of the Petah Tikva Development Company, Liron Goldenberg, an agreement to transfer the team's home games to the Moshava Stadium in the city, until the end of September.
The reason for the move is the Maccabiah events that will be held at the Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem in August, and until he returns to fitness, the two Jerusalemites will move their home games to Petah Tikva.
The club's general manager, Uri Sheretzky, said: "We hope that Shlomo Insurance Stadium in Petah Tikva will be a home ground for us in every way.
We thank the stadium staff for their cooperation. "
Liron Goldenberg, General Manager of the Halafat, which manages the stadium: "After last season we hosted the Hapoel BS games in Europe at the start of the season, we are happy to host the Jerusalem crowd and the Jerusalem teams at the start of the upcoming season.
I thank Uri Shretzky for the trust.
"Hapoel Jerusalem will have a modern, comfortable facility with a good vibe that will give it a homely atmosphere and a successful push forward at the start of the season."
