Green again.
Maccabi Haifa announced today (Wednesday) the signing of Nikita Rokavica for one season.
The 35-year-old striker returns to Carmel after one season at Hapoel B'Shlosha, where he ended up as the king of its goals together with Ramzi Spori (10 goals each), but did not make his mark in the capital of the Negev.
The Australian came to the Greens in the 2016/17 season and played on the team for five seasons.
In total, he has 193 appearances in all settings in the Haifa uniform, in which he scored 83 goals.
In the last two seasons before moving to BS, he finished as the league's top scorer.
Rokavica said excitedly after the signing: "I am happy to be back home."
The club's professional manager, Gal Alberman, said: "We are delighted that Nikita has returned home. We trust and trust that he will be able to restore his success in the green and will be a significant part in achieving the team's goals in the coming season."
