Bel the protest of the fans, one of the owners of the club in an official letter: "We are looking for a person or business entity with great means of our own, who will be able to march the team to the top of Israeli football"

In the shadow of the Hapoel Tel Aviv fan protest and the subscription boycott, this morning (Thursday) one of the club's owners, Meir Toshav, who rarely speaks in the media, decided to address the fans in a letter, in which he openly talks about the team moving to new owners, just as fans demand.

It should be noted that the letter was sent to fans and subscribers by email.

A Fatah resident wrote: “This letter is addressed to each of the fans personally.

I would like to make it clear that the management of the club, headed by the owners, are attentive to you, understand and even agree with a significant part of the criticisms directed at us.

"As the current ownership group has stated before, no one is free from mistakes, and even if we made a mistake, the goal has always been and still is the good of the club, which is loved by all of us."

"I can guarantee that the ownership group that took over the management rights of the club in January 2017, selfishly together with partners Itzik and Sharon Nisnov and Zeev Greenberg, does everything in its power to put together a worthy team, but at the same time, makes every effort to be financially sane. That will not lead the club to the same difficult situation we were in a little over five years ago, everyone remembers, can not be forgotten.

"It is important to note that in the years we have been in charge of the system, we have removed the existential threat from the club, and today the total assets are greater than the total liabilities, and we can be proud of that. The team to the top of Israeli football and a constant struggle for titles, where he is our place.

"For this purpose, we have deposited in Adv. Roi Rosen documents that are signed by all owners, so that a potential buyer who is interested in obtaining the management rights, can receive all the information required for this in a simple, fast and professional procedure, I guarantee. Until that changes. The ownership structure, I intend to initiate a meeting, once a month, between the representatives of the fans and the senior management, in order to lead a new line of sharing and brainstorming. "
