Michael Jordan meets Magic Johnson in All-Star Game (Twitter)

Michael Jordan is known for his tough personality, but documentation circulating in recent days on social media in which he angrily responds to a bunch of boys who have asked him for an autograph, surprises even his biggest fans.

In a video uploaded two days ago, a number of boys in Charlotte are seen preparing for a random meeting in the parking lot with their idol - not Jordan, but Lamello Bull, the star of the Charlotte Hornets who owns it.

"We're about to meet Lamello Bull," one of the boys sounds proud, when Jordan suddenly appears in the frame.

"It's not Lamello, it's Michael Jordan! Michael Jordan! Can I have a picture?" Shouted the same boy.

But for such a response from MJ, the boys did not expect.

It's not clear what preceded the video or whether Jordan heard the conversation between the boys and realized they were expecting to meet Bull and not him - something that in light of past stories about his ego might certainly have angered him - but the legendary basketball player seemed nervous and impatient.

Jordan is seen waving at them in a dismissive motion and mumbling some vague sentences, but is heard for sure when he demands from the boys to "take down the camera", and refuses to give them autographs.

At one point, as he gets into his car and prepares to get out of the parking lot with the disappointed boys left empty-handed, he is seen filtering: "Kids are fucking" - after one of them asks him, "Where's Amlo?".

The short video garnered over a million views, and comments on the network mostly included criticism of Jordan.

Some surfers even compared - of course - Jordan to LeBron James, claiming that the Lakers star who competes with MJ for the title of the best basketball player of all time "would never have behaved like that".

"If LeBron had reacted like that to the fans, there would have been a national crisis," one of them wrote.

Another user wrote: "It is impossible to understand this behavior. I understand why he asks them not to photograph him, but why be so cruel and refuse to even shake their hand? All in all it is about some children."
