FC Bayern is working on a transfer from Leipzig's Konrad Laimer.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano firmly assumes a move to Munich.

Munich – Sadio Mané – that's not all!

At least if you listen to the Bayern bosses these days.

With Sadio Mané, a world-class player was brought to Säbener Straße.

Ajax pros Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui are also coming to Munich.

FC Bayern has not yet satisfied its hunger on the transfer market.

Those responsible want to heat up the competition in the coming season.

Reinforcements are being sought at all positions.

“We continue to monitor everything that happens.

We weren't satisfied, our demands are too high for that, as far as the second half of the season is concerned.

We already know exactly where we need competition and want to set stimulus points.

It's about doing everything you can to be super successful," explained CEO Oliver Kahn.

A candidate for midfield is Konrad Laimer from Leipzig.

A transfer expert fuels speculation about the change.

Konrad Laimer

Born: May 27, 1997 in Salzburg (Austria)

Contract with RB Leipzig until: June 30, 2023

Previous clubs: RB Salzburg, FC Liefering, RB Leipzig

Internationals for Austria: 24 (2 goals)

Transfer expert confident: "Konrad Laimer is really focused on Bayern"

"Konrad Laimer is really focused on Bayern and Bayern is interested in him," reveals Fabrizio Romano in an interview with the

Wettfreunde

portal .

The 25-year-old Austrian is apparently pushing for a move to Bayern Munich.

Laimer does not want to extend his contract with RB Leipzig, which runs until 2023.

Incidentally, Laimer's consulting agency is the Roof agency based in Grünwald.

Sports director Hasan Salihamidzic and Kahn recently negotiated the transfer of Sadio Mané with the same advisors.

"Relationships with Munich are very good after the Mane deal.

There are contacts,” explains Romano.

After the Mané coup, the Laimer deal could follow next.

The catch in the whole story is that Leipzig would be reluctant to lose their mentality player to Bayern.

"Leipzig would of course prefer to sell the player abroad and not to Bayern.

But it's not easy because the player is very keen on Bayern's offer," said Romano.

In addition, FCB coach Julian Nagelsmann is “a factor in this trade.

He wanted Laimer last summer and wants Laimer this summer too.” Last year three bulls, Nagelsmann, Dayot Upamecano and Marcel Sabitzer, switched from Saxony to Bavaria.

"I wouldn't be surprised if Konrad Laimer was a Bayern player at the end of the summer," said Romano.

According to

Sport Bild

, Leipzig is demanding 30 million euros for Laimer, but the fee could drop dramatically in the near future.
