We ticked off: Today's summary clip, 23.6 (Sports 1)

The World Swimming Championships continued today (Friday) when three Israeli swimmers in addition to the apostles' team took part in the various anointings.

The one who started the day well is Anastasia Gurbanko, who finished in third place in her 50-meter breaststroke and stopped the clocks in 30.82 seconds.

This result was enough for the 18-year-old swimmer to advance to the semifinals from 13th place overall.

Gorbanko improved her result in the semifinals to 30.54 seconds, but that was only enough for her to finish ninth.

The eighth and last place in the final was taken by the American Lily King, who was only 19 hundredths ahead of the Israeli swimmer.

Like the swimmer, Michael Leitrovsky was arrested in the semifinals.

In the qualifying stage in the 50-meter backstroke, Leitrovsky managed to ascend when he finished third in the fifth leg with a result of 25.08 seconds on the way to 12th place overall.

In the semi-final itself he set 25.11 seconds, which was enough for 15th place.

Daria Golobti finished second in the 50-meter freestyle qualifying with a time of 25.97 seconds.

Unfortunately she finished in 24th place overall and that was not enough to advance to the semi-finals.

The mixed apostles team (Tomer Frenkel, Ron and Leah Polonowski and Daria Globeti) finished in second place in the qualifying round (one of three) 4X100 freestyle.

Unfortunately for the four, the result they achieved - 3: 30.24 minutes - brought them to 12th place and was not enough to reach the final.
