Manchester City Police have announced that Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood will continue to be placed under house arrest under similar conditions until the end of the investigation against him.
Last January, the 20-year-old talent was accused by his girlfriend of raping her and even threatening to murder her.
Shortly after the complaint was filed, Greenwood went into custody, was cut from his team and even lost his private sponsor, the Nike company.
Manchester police have stated that they do not intend to share any details about the investigation until an indictment is filed against Greenwood or until he is released from custody.
