Cadet national team athlete Yuli Michiner won the silver medal at the European Under-18 Championships today (Saturday).
Michiner, who competed in the over 70kg category, won a medal at the Porat Championships in Croatia, where she continues to stand on the podium for the second year in a row and proves that she is at the top of her weight.
Mishiner accompanied by a team of cadet national team coaches Amelie Rusno and Adi Grossman, started the day of battles with a victory in the second round over Emma Mills Acts from Estonia, continued with a penalty shootout victory over Diana Smachenko from Ukraine, and in the semifinals defeated Wasserie Cufia from Celia.
In the final battle, the Israeli was defeated by Esther Grace Minandi for the French team and finished an impressive day with a huge achievement for her and the Israeli team.
