Against the background of the procrastination in the Franzi Piero deal, Maccabi Haifa continues to look for a foreign striker.
A new name that has recently entered the lists is Guy Ambanza, a 22-year-old Congolese striker who played last season on loan at Moroccan Vidad Casablanca.
Ambanza belongs to Belgian Antwerp, but there is a high chance that Vidad will try to acquire him now after starring in its ranks and helping it win the African Champions League.
In total, Ambanza participated in 37 games in all competitions and his balance was 17 goals and four assists.
Ambanza is also on the Congolese squad.
He made 16 appearances in the national uniform and scored four goals.

The champion's preferred candidate is still Franzi Piero Megangan, with whom negotiations are revealed difficulties.
Last night it was reported in the French media that the team from the second division in France has reached an agreement with Haifa on a sale for 1.6 million euros, but the player is not happy to move to Israel and therefore the deal is not implemented at this stage.
