Hilliard becomes the fourth player to sign for the team after: Alex Poiters, Bonzi Coulson and Guy Panini, and joins Roman Sorkin who has already signed for next season.
The 29-year-old American, who previously played for Basconia for one season and two years for CSKA, averaged 13.7 points in the German team last season, dropping three rebounds in the Euroleague.
