Yigal Brand, CEO of Betar's global leadership, announced today (Monday) that he has joined the Betar Jerusalem Fans Association, which last night announced the acquisition of the Betar Jerusalem football team from Moshe Hogg.
The global Betar movement, which operates throughout Israel and around the world to pass on Ze'ev Jabotinsky's legacy to all the Jews of the world, has decided to extend its sponsorship of the movement's senior football team.
Brand said: "The Betar global leadership welcomes the desire of the Betar Jerusalem Fans Association to take the senior Betar team on a new path. I call on all Betar fans wherever they unite together, as one man in one heart, for the sake of saving a home Rabbi Jerusalem.
