LeBron James is known as the undisputed star of the NBA, and for good reason.
The player has four championships, dozens of choices for the top five this season, Olympic gold medals and many other titles that are considered by quite a few basketball fans - as the best player in the world and perhaps in history.
Last Saturday night, James apparently reached a new high even for him, and had to do nothing for it.
At a special auction in the United States, a special ticket from the "Panini Flawless Triple Logoman" series sold for a record $ 2.4 million.
"Logoman" cards are considered to be the most sought after cards for collectors.
Embedded with the NBA logo cut from the player's shirt, and one edition that includes 10 cards - sells alone for about $ 15,000.
On the last ticket sold, James appears with his three teams in his career - the Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers - and of course the league logo from his three different player jerseys is also found.

The auction received quite a bit of media coverage in the US, as the successful rapper Drake also participated in it. But unfortunately, the amount he offered - $ 200,000 - was far from the final amount at which the ticket was eventually sold.
