"When I look at the two top German clubs, I'm looking forward to the coming season.
It should be more exciting than the one that just ended," said Kohler, who played for FC Bayern between 1989 and 1991 and for Dortmund from 1995 to 2002.
"With these investments, BVB has the chance to win at least one title and break Bayern's ten championship streak in a row," said Kohler, who was German champion with both Bayern and Dortmund.
The 56-year-old alludes to the three new national players Niklas Süle, Nico Schlotterbeck and Karim Adeyemi.
“David Raum would be the fourth.
And Sebastién Haller knows the Bundesliga, he had a great quota.
These commitments will strengthen the team.”

Jürgen Kohler fears "problems in central defense" at Bayern Munich
Kohler, on the other hand, has less praise for FC Bayern – quite the opposite.
Kohler still considers the change dispute over Robert Lewandowski to be a difficult topic that is causing unrest.
And newcomer Sadio Mané, despite his extraordinary abilities, is not a classic replacement should Lewandowski leave the record champions (title collection) this summer.
“Mané is a different type of player.
