As announced Monday morning by the Belgian daily Het Nieuwsblad, the French world champion was not selected by his Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl team to participate in the Tour de France, which starts Friday from Denmark.
She considers him not recovered well enough from his violent fall during Liège-Bastogne-Liège, which had earned him multiple injuries.
