Benzema as reason for Lewandowski departure?

Robert Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich.
Preferably to FC Barcelona.
His ex-adviser now gives the reason for this.

There is no doubt about it.
The question is whether Bayern will let him.
Robert Lewandowski would like to wear a FC Barcelona jersey next season - although he still has a contract with Säbener Straße until 2023.
But why Barcelona of all places?
The Catalans are plagued by significant money worries and are currently a long way from the glory days of when Lionel Messi was still swirling at the Camp Nou.
Apparently, Karim Benzema plays a significant role in Lewandowski's future plans.

Most recently, Messi outperformed the Poles in this election.
However, if he now finds himself in direct competition with Benzema in LaLiga, the trophy could finally end up in his hands.
Kucharski therefore assumes that the move to Barcelona will take place in the coming weeks.
"Barca and Lewandowski will fight for this signature," said the 50-year-old Pole: "I think he will sign in Barcelona, I think it's possible." Why is Kucharski so sure?
“Those in charge at Bayern know that he wanted to go to Spain,” he reveals: “His plan was Germany, then Spain and then the United States at the end of his career.”

On July 12, Lewandowski is scheduled to start preparations at Bayern Munich.
It remains to be seen whether the current world footballer will actually lace up his football boots again for the record champions.
According to reports, Oliver Kahn's "Basta" became a "Schaun mer ma" after the championship celebrations on Marienplatz.

With the signing of Sadio Mané, who will receive the shirt number of a world champion in Munich, Bayern have lured a superstar to the Isar.
However, this transfer allegedly ran independently of Lewandowski's future.
The FCB bosses have also distanced themselves from the alleged commitment of Sasa Kalajdzic as a possible successor.
The transfer list does not close until August 31st.
Until then, things should remain exciting - at least as far as Robert Lewandowski's future at Bayern Munich is concerned.
