Aged 58, Vincent had succeeded Valéry Demory a year ago, with a contract for five seasons (until 2026).
He had already been sacked for the first time by Asvel, in November 2014 when he took the reins of the men's team this time in 2011.
The female Asvel delivered a white season after being eliminated in the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France and the Eurocoupe, and finished 3rd in the regular season in the league with six defeats.
The team is not qualified for the Euroleague.
