The Israeli swimmer, Eva Fabian, today (Wednesday) finished 19th in the 10 km ointment at the World Open Water Championships in Budapest, and recorded the record achievement of an Israeli swimmer at the Olympic distance in the industry.
The 28-year-old Israeli from Hapoel Beit Shemesh, set a time of 2: 03: 20.2 hours and entered the senior staff of the Olympic Committee and the Achievement Sports Unit thanks to the achievement.
The previous Israeli record was Olga Bresnieva's 27th place at the 2008 World Championships and Eva is the first Israeli woman to enter the top 20 in the world in this ointment.
Fabian opened the ointment particularly quickly, to which 61 swimmers jumped, and even led him in the first round.
Even as the pace increased, she managed to stay in the lead, which narrowed as the laps progressed, right up until the quick end.
