What attracted you to the Losc project?

The club contacted me recently, explained to me the project, the ambitions.
We talked about a lot of things.
From the start, I was very enthusiastic and we found an agreement and that's why I'm here and ready to work.
Here, there is already an incredible technical staff, organization and infrastructure.
I have already seen many matches and I have understood the main characteristics of this championship.
We are not going to win every match, but I must have the feeling at the end of each match that we gave everything, that we fought until the end, that we showed courage.

What type of coach are you?
I cannot give all the details.
I am a coach with different ideas.
I'm an attacking coach, I want the team to take the initiative, dominate, go forward, control the ball, an aggressive team when we don't have the ball or when we lose it.
We know that it will take a little time for the club to adapt to my ideas.
We want to have a strong team, with a strong identity, a team which dominates the game, which produces good football.
We also want a team that fights to the end, until the last minute, whether we face PSG or another club.
Do you already know the workforce you will have?
I studied the team, the players a lot.
It's easy for me to see what can be built here.
The club will do everything possible to build an ambitious team.
We work together to find the best options for the team.
We know that a few players will leave but we are working to find players who can play my game, who can bring a strong state of mind to this team.
We are looking for the best solutions.
We know that the championship is very difficult with many big teams.
But we want to be ambitious and make our supporters proud.
