With a series of six victories, Max Verstappen's Red Bull team has recently duped the Formula 1 rivals.

In Silverstone, the fans are hoping for Lewis Hamilton again.

Silverstone - Formula 1 returns to its roots.

The racing series experienced its first Grand Prix at Silverstone in 1950.

To date, the majority of the teams are based in England, and hundreds of thousands of fans will come to the "Home of British Motor Racing" for the British Grand Prix.

Who will stop the Red Bull series?

The team around world champion Max Verstappen recently won six races in a row, five of them by the Dutchman himself. From 46 points behind Charles Leclerc after the third round of the season, the defending champion has made a cushion of 49 points on his opponent in the Ferrari.

Teammate Sergio Perez is already 46 points behind.

Verstappen seems to be on the right track to title number two.

But team boss Christian Horner warns: “If you only look at the form, it will be a strong race for Ferrari.

It will definitely be interesting.”

What can record winner Lewis Hamilton do?

The 37-year-old has already triumphed eight times at his home game.

In Silverstone, Hamilton really pushes himself to the limit, letting himself be carried away by the enthusiasm of the crowds.

Controversy arose last year when the Brit collided with Verstappen on the first lap.

The Red Bull driver crashed, Hamilton won despite a time penalty.

This year, too, the Mercedes star will require special events.

The Silver Arrows are only third force, but recently showed an upward trend in Montreal.

“That gave us courage, but we have to be careful.

There is still so much to do on the car,” said team manager Toto Wolff.

What awaits the German pilots?

Sebastian Vettel has a sense of tradition.

Shining in the Aston Martin, a classic British brand, at Silverstone would make the Hessian particularly happy.

After the disappointment in Montreal, when the rainy qualification robbed him of the chance of a strong result, the 34-year-old can count on good chances to score again this time.

With a good weekend in Canada, Mick Schumacher made the critics quieter for the time being.

A defect destroyed the hope for the first points.

With Haas continuing to delay his technical update for the car, it's likely to be more difficult for Schumacher's team this time around.
