New foreigner to Maccabi Haifa: As first reported in "Israel Today", left-back Pierre Corno, 25, from France, signed with the club and will join training tomorrow after undergoing medical tests.

Corno arrives at Maccabi Haifa after a season at Real Oviedo from the second Spanish league, during which he played 31 games.
He grew up in the youth department of Montpellier and played for Dijon, Sabadell and Mallorca, among others.
After the signing, Korno told the official website: "I am very happy to sign and join the biggest club in Israel. The stadium looks amazing, already waiting to join the team's training and meet the huge crowd of Maccabi."
