Manchester City have announced the signing of goalkeeper Stefan Ortega from German club Armenia Bielefeld.
The club said in a statement on its official website that the 29-year-old German goalkeeper was included in a free transfer deal with a three-year contract.
The German goalkeeper's contract with Bielefeld expired after he participated in 33 of the team's 34 matches in the last Bundesliga season, but the team failed to maintain its place in the senior league and was relegated to the lower division at the end of the season.
