Reitz, who was part of the team at the Tokyo Olympics - which finished sixth in the final and thus equaled the record achievement in the industry, celebrated her birthday this morning in Rishon Lezion with her teammates and members of her unit, at the home of Ofir Dayan who was also part of the team.
Shortly after the party began, police were called to the house and demanded that the party be stopped, claiming loud music, while the apartment owner, Ayelet Levitt - Ofir's mother, claimed that neighbors sent her messages saying that the music was reasonable.
According to Levitt, the person who called the police is actually the mayor, Doron Milberg: "Milberg, the first mayor, is the close neighbor, it bothers me every time there is a party here and he takes advantage of his authority. "Not every girl in gymnastics understands the language, celebrating a birthday and having parties."
"The atmosphere is cute, but after the cops came, we missed the music," Reitz told "Israel Today."
"The DJ did not touch his kit and they came and confiscated the equipment. It is disappointing, but they try to encourage me that everything is fine."
No response was received from the Israel Police and Milberg.
