American Amanda Anisimova qualified for the 16th round of the Wimbledon Women's Tennis Championships.
Anisimova, ranked 20th in the world, qualified after defeating compatriot Coco Gauff, ranked 11th in the world, by two sets to one, 7-6, 2-6, 1-6, in a time that exceeded two hours.
In the next round, Anisimova will meet French player Harmony Tan, after she overcame Britain's Katie Poulter in two straight sets.
