Hapoel Galil Elyon announced today (Sunday) the signing of domestic player Abdul-Malik Abu, who will join Bryce Washington on the front line, and probably also Yotam Hanochi, who is also expected to sign in the coming days.
Abu (26, 2.03m), a graduate of North Carolina State College, plays in positions 4 and 5, and arrives in Israel after playing last season in German Würzburg, and in South Korea.
Prior to that, he played in the first leagues of Turkey, Portugal and Croatia.
Professional manager Yonatan Alon said after the signing: "We are very happy that we were able to add Malik. Malik is a tough and attractive player and we are confident that he will make great progress with us."
