Hapoel Beer Sheva has been quiet so far in the transfer window, but today (Sunday) the team dropped a real bomb when it announced: Tomer Hemed, the 35-year-old striker who has played in Australia in recent years, has concluded two years in the ranks of the trophy holder.
Hemed will undergo medical tests and then officially sign Vitus with the team for its training camp.
The striker is the third strengthening player to come to the team this summer after the young Yoni Stoyanov who joined from Hapoel Kfar Saba and Shai Elias who was acquired last week from Hapoel Tel Aviv and signed for four years.

Hemed, 35, is returning to Israel after 11 years overseas.
He first left for Mallorca in July 2011, three years later moved to Almeria and left Spain in the summer of 2015 in favor of Brighton, then still in the English Championship.
In April 2017 Hemed and Biram Kiel were promoted with Brighton to the Premier League, but after one season in the league he was loaned to Queens Park Rangers and in 2019/20 to Charlton.
His episode in the Kingdom ended in August 2020 and the last two years he spent in Australia, first in Wellington Phoenix and this year in Western Sydney.
In 100 games played by Hemed in La Liga, he scored 24 goals and scored six.
In the Premier League he scored two goals in 16 appearances and in the Championship he added 35 goals in 125 games.
As is well known, in Israel Hemed made his first steps in the seniors at Maccabi Haifa and was also a partner in two championships in 2005/6 and also in the 2010/11 season, a season in which he scored 12 league goals.
The striker also played for Maccabi Herzliya, Bnei Yehuda and my brother Nazareth.
