The team coach from Serie A, who has been dealing with leukemia for more than two and a half years, was thrilled when he was seen talking to his players during their fitness tests ahead of the 2022/23 season.

The Serie A teams have just begun preparations for the 2022/23 season as Bologna are currently doing fitness tests for their players before leaving for their training camp on July 6, which will last until the 17th of the month.

Yesterday (Saturday) the humble club provided one of the most exciting stories in recent times when coach Sinisa Mikhailovich, who is still battling cancer, surprised his players and criticized them in training.

Mikhailovich was hospitalized last March 29 to try a new treatment for leukemia, which he has been battling for two and a half years.

He returned to the team bench on May 7 for the game against Venice, a few days after on April 28, the day after the victory against Inter, all the team players traveled to the hospital to celebrate the result with their coach.

When the boss speaks, you listen.

Great to see you, Sinisa!

In photos circulated to the media over the past day, Mikhailovich can be seen sitting on a chair due to his difficulty standing on his feet for long minutes and talking to his players.

It is also seen that due to the fear that they would be infected with some viral disease, the club kept a great distance between them and them.
