Serbian former number one Novak Djokovic has qualified for the semi-finals of the Wimbledon Championships in London, the third of the four grand slams held on grass courts.
Djokovic played a long match before he managed to defeat the young Italian Yannick Sener in three sets to two, as he returned from losing the first and second set to win the three sets in his favour, winning the match 5-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 within three hours. and 35 minutes.
With this victory, the Serbian reached 84 wins in the London Championship as the second most player in the modern era, after the Swiss player Roger Federer, who has 105 victories.
Djokovic will wait in the next round, the winner of the match between Belgian David Goffin and Britain's Cameron Nouri.
