Maccabi Ramat Gan filed this morning (Wednesday) through attorneys Roi Rosen and Shai Kadosh, a petition to the Supreme Court of the Basketball Association requesting confirmation of the association's decision to promote the team to the Premier League next season.

The petition was filed against the administration, and according to the club's announcement: "Unfortunately, the outrageous, inappropriate and deliberate misconduct of the league administration causes the club a lot of damage, leaving it completely helpless, especially in preparing the team for the upcoming game season. The club and we are confident that the Supreme Court will make order, not just legal and prevent injustice.

"The Maccabi Ramat Gan basketball club is confident and convinced that the Supreme Court will do justice and will not allow Maccabi Ramat Gan to be a victim of politics, various and strange interests and stakeholders, who are trying to neutralize the sporting achievement of Maccabi Ramat Gan."

The administration's response: "We are not having a dialogue through the media. We will respond in court."
