Konrad Laimer probably wants to go to Bayern – but the date is open
However, the date of the change is still unclear.
Laimer's contract with RB Leipzig runs until 2023, and the Saxons don't really want to let him go in this transfer window.
A free transfer is also possible next summer.
Whether there was already an official offer for Laimer from Munich is not known.
Leipzig coach Domenico Tedesco firmly expects the midfielder to stay.
"Konni is our player and that's how I plan the whole thing," he said at the start of training.

FC Bayern: Laimer change free transfer next year?
At the moment there is more to be said for a Laimer change next year.
On the one hand, Bayern is probably not ready to shell out the 30 million euros allegedly demanded by Leipzig for the 25-year-old.
On the other hand, the Munich team is well positioned in the midfield headquarters.

With Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich, Marcel Sabitzer and newcomer Ryan Gravenberch, Nagelsmann has four real calibers at his disposal.
Sabitzer in particular, who still wants to prove himself in Munich, is a similar type of player - a Laimer transfer would not only be a slap in the face for him, but would probably also make little sense for Bayern.
