Maccabi Haifa continues its preparations and the formation of the staff for next season, with Jose Rodriguez not being a part of it.
The Spanish midfielder, who often played as a defender last season, started contacts with other teams and today (Friday) he finally said goodbye to Haifa with a long post he wrote on his personal Instagram.
"It's time to say hello. I've never been so happy anywhere and felt so loved by so many people like in those two years," Rodriguez wrote, "I leave the club very sadly. But with the pride I have achieved the goal and I am part of a legendary chapter In this club. "
"I have never felt so happy and loved."

"I arrived at a club that was not at its peak in Israel for years, a team under construction, no one believed us when we arrived. We came under the command of a leader who is without a doubt the greatest coach in Israeli history. And I leave safely because as long as the club is in his hands ".
"I do not want to say goodbye without talking about the most important part of it all. My colleagues who are in the green every day. Those who know how to suffer and hurt along with hundreds of fans. Without a doubt a wonderful family that I will never forget and keep in my heart all my life. Big hug and thanks for everything."
