In this story it is a bit difficult to know where to start because it has a lot of directions and connections, full of an exciting history centered on a union that no one thought would ever happen.
It starts with the 75-year-old Spanish coach Aito Rances returning to coaching.
Undoubtedly the oldest in Europe to stand the lines.
He is also returning to the Spanish league after six years.
It continues as he goes on to coach Marc Gasol's exciting project at Girona, the team that returned to the first division this season, in which Aito will reunite with the Gasol brothers after more than 20 years.

Aito on the other hand did not coach last season and was estimated to have ended his glorious career.
Despite all sorts of missteps in his career he is considered one of the greatest at the historical level of European basketball, with 17 years at Barcelona.
His last project was Alba Berlin, where he coached for four years and made his big mark.
He brought the team to the Eurocup final, brought back the championship and reached the Euroleague with it.
Equally important, he trained his successor Israel Gonzalez, who will soon begin a second season as head coach.
Mark Gasol's desire to entrust the club to the best and most experienced hands, the connection between them from the past and the willingness of the coach to continue on a new project, despite his age, arranged the connection very intriguing.
If Aito planned to retire then he canceled the plans, but not sure he thought he had anything more to contribute on the lines.

Aito, who promoted many youngsters in his career, was the one who gave Pao the stage in Barcelona's first team in the early 2000s.
Mark was then in the club's youth team.
He coached them both together on the Spanish team at the 2008 Olympics. Almost 15 years later he returns to coach Mark who continues to play - and on the other hand Mark is also his boss.
Aito's last team in Spain was Gran Canaria in the 2015/2016 season.
Each team in his career has been a project for several years and according to the coaching history this is what is going to be this time as well.
Aito is a never-ending legend, and now he's meeting Marc Gasol's exciting project in Girona to provide us with one of the great stories of European basketball this season.
