It's no secret that LeBron James is not a particularly extravagant guy and therefore also earned the dubious nickname "the most stingy guy in the NBA."
Evidence of the matter we received tonight (Saturday through Sunday) with a picture of the King, which stirred the net and on the way also reopened the discussion about the economic conduct of the Los Angeles Lakers star.
In the same picture, LeBron, who arrived last night to watch the Lakers' game against Phoenix in the summer league, is seen sitting in the front row pulling out a homemade bag of nuts that he ate for his enjoyment.
Needless to say, the short video in question went viral as many surfers wondered why a billionaire like LeBron James could not afford to buy a bag of nuts straight from one of the buffets on the pitch.

And if that's not enough, one surfer launched a crowdfunding online campaign to help LeBron buy popcorn and pretzels.
LeBron fans, on the other hand, stood up in his defense and explained that the King was just trying to eat healthy and just wasn’t willing to put junk in his body.
"You will learn from Melbourne: it's a shame to put oily and non-nutritious food in your mouth, you can also enjoy nuts and dried fruits," said one of the surfers.

As mentioned, even though the billionaire LeBron is "sitting" on a $ 233 million contract, not including the millions he pockets as a result of publications and sponsorships, throughout the league the guy is known as a rather stingy guy.

He brought in a healthy snack because none of that exists for purchase inside the building.
