According to the suspicions, a coach who traveled with Kratzb and Basilshvili to many tournaments, offered players money to skew results in at least two games.
The journalists got their hands on five games that they allegedly lost on purpose, and that included drastic changes in the betting format on them.
Kratzev, as I recall, immigrated to Israel at the age of 4, but later moved to live with his father in Russia, and his mother still lives in Israel.
It is considered one of the great shortcomings of Israeli tennis, and was ranked at its 14th place in the world.
