The DFB announced this one day before the second group game against Spain on Tuesday (TV: 9 p.m. / ARD and DAZN) in London.
»The attacker from FC Bayern Munich only feels mild symptoms.
She was immediately isolated.
Depending on the course, a decision will be made about a return to the EM tournament in accordance with the medical specifications and in close consultation with Uefa, "it said.
Schüller had scored a goal in the 4-0 win against Denmark.
The 24-year-old is a top performer for the team as an attacker and has scored 26 goals in 40 international matches to date.

Schüller is not the first player at the European Championship to fail due to Corona.
The Dutch Football Association announced on Sunday that midfielder Jackie Groenen had tested positive for the virus.
The Italian Valentina Cernoia is also out due to a corona infection.
The Austrian national team got it twice: Laura Wienroither and Lisa Kolb are out after positive corona tests.
