At this point, Abramov has not yet received approval from the municipality for a loan or guarantee against funds he will transfer under control, but the intended owner's entourage is convinced that a creative solution can be found, and that the deal will not fall through.
As first reported in Israel Today, Doron Ossidon is expected to be appointed chairman and representative of the owner. In addition, Niv Goldstein, the former CEO of Maccabi Netanya, is considered a candidate to replace the current CEO of the team, Moni Brosh.
