Things really get going at the weekend at TSV Eching: the club is organizing a legends game and many youth tournaments to mark its 75th anniversary.

Eching

– TSV Eching is celebrating its 75th club anniversary this weekend with three entertaining days of celebration – and of course there are also football accents on the green pitch.

As a result, there will be plenty of friendly games and tournaments on Friday and Saturday, where fun and community should not be neglected in addition to sport.

From the E-Juniors to the first team, all age and performance levels are in the starting blocks.

First youth games already on Friday

Getting the “anniversary ball” rolling and thus playing the opening match is reserved for the U12-3s in a mixed game on Friday, 4.30 p.m.

This will be followed at 5.30 p.m. by the kick-off to a D youth tournament with eight teams, roughly at the same time as the tapping in the marquee.

The field of participants consists of youth teams from SV Lohhof, FC Rot-Weiß Oberföhring, SC Oberhummel, SV Oberhaindlfing and D1 and D2 from TSV Eching.

The last match of the day, scheduled to start at 6.45 p.m., will see the Zebras' E2 juniors play the U10s of ASV Dachau.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

The F youth starts their tournament early on Saturday morning at 9 a.m.

VfB Hallbergmoos, FC Phönix Schleißheim, SV Vötting, FC Neufahrn I, FC Neufahrn II, TSV Eching I and TSV Eching II will be there. in which both sides certainly want to prove that they can – already or still – play football.

With the two guest teams of the U14 SpVgg Unterhaching, the first and second TSV teams of the C-Juniors have invited real top-class players.

After all, the U14-1 of the game association kicks in the nationwide highest division of this age group, the NLZ-Liga.

Over 40 alumni have accepted

The "Legends' game" between the first men's team and the all-star team of TSV Eching is particularly in the focus of all TSV and football fans on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m.

Over 40 former TSV kickers and coaches have confirmed their attendance.

The best-known name among the invited guests, who was able to secure a special place in the club's history, is that of Anton "Toni" Plattner: As a player-coach and player, he managed TSV from 1977 to 1985 from the A-Class up to the Bayernliga guided.

However, the “soccer god” Fabijan Hrgota, the Leitl brothers Wolfgang and Reiner and Hans Mühlbauer also enjoy celebrity status in Eching – among many others.

All alumni look forward to seeing you again and chatting with your former companions.

But of course the focus is on the game: almost half of the TSV legends want to get involved in the game for two times 30 minutes, which is also to be recorded in full.

According to the second TSV chairman Gerd Beer, Plattner, who is now 73 years old, would also like to take part in the game, at least for a short time.

The guests of honor who are not in action will be cheering him and the other All-Stars on vigorously.

Spectators are of course welcome.
