After a long saga between the two super clubs, which included particularly exhausting negotiations - the deal for the summer of 2022 was closed and 34-year-old Robert Lewandowski will sign for four years at Barcelona, which will pay Bayern Munich 45 million euros.
According to recent reports, Bayern have accepted the Catalans' latest offer and both sides have finally reached full agreement after the German team were willing to transfer an additional € 5 million in line with Lewandowski's achievements in the upcoming season at the Camp Nou.

Contrary to estimates, the Polish striker did not boycott the start of training at Bayern Munich, where he played for the past eight years, but behind the scenes he and his agent operated a pressure cooker to reach Spain this weekend.
Indeed, according to reports, the pressure worked and Lewandowski is expected to arrive at Camp Nou for testing in the next day and will now also be able to join the Catalans' training camp in the United States.
