The "Israel Premier Tech" group, owned by the Canadian-Jewish Silvan Adams, recorded a great achievement today (Tuesday).

Canadian rider Hugo Hall, who belongs to this team, won the 16th section of the Tour de France.

This is the second win by a rider from this team in the section in the Tour de France this year after Australian Simon Clark won the fifth section.
