Last season, he recorded 3.5 points and 2.0 rebounds per game in 10.8 minutes, while his averages rose to 6.4 points and 3.8 rebounds per game in the last five games of the season.
He joins Israelis Lior Carrera, Golan Gut, Amit Aharoni and Raz Adam, and foreigners Jerome Mainsey, CJ Williams, and Shaq Buchanan who are already signed to the team.
Team coach Elad Hussein: "We welcome Tomer's stay in the team for the next two years.
Tomer is a home player of the club who has made great progress in the last year - so it was natural and clear to everyone that he would continue.
We believe in him and trust him to continue to advance and contribute to the team in the coming season as well. "
