2022-07-20T07:16:39.501Z

The vice-champions of France begin their new season this Wednesday in Bougival (Yvelines). But the number is reduced between the players

Resumption in dispersed order for the women's section of PSG, expected this Wednesday in Bougival (Yvelines) for the official launch of the 2022-2023 season.

Without Didier Ollé-Nicolle, still officially a coach awaiting his thanks, but with Gérard Prêcheur, conversely not yet officially named, around 20 players are summoned for medical and sports tests at the start of the year.

But there will be many “young people”.

Five are still affected by Euro 2022 in England: the French Sakina Karchaoui, Grace Geyoro, Sandy Baltimore, Kadidiatou Diani and the Swede Amanda Ilestedt.

Three internationals, eliminated from the Euro or the Gold Cup, have started their fortnight of rest: the Canadian Ashley Lawrence, the Norwegian Celin Bizet and the Swiss Ramona Bachmann.

Injured in a knee, the star Marie-Antoinette Katoto, who extended until 2025, will not be back and will be operated on at the end of the week.

Finally, the Dutch Lieke Martens, affected in the right foot, is also forfeited for the rest of the Euro and will soon find Paris.

Among those summoned this Wednesday, we therefore find a list made up of few executives: Paulina Dudek, Élisa de Almeida, Estelle Cascarino or Constance Picaud.

The seven under-20 internationals, called up for the World Cup in Costa Rica in August, will be there for a week before joining Clairefontaine: Jade Le Guilly, Océane Toussaint, Laurina Fazer, Magnaba Folquet, Océane Hurtré, Hawa Sangaré, Manssita Traore.

Hamraoui waiting

Goalkeeper Alice Pinguet, loaned to Le Havre last year, and defender Bénédicte Simon, loaned to Atlético de Madrid, are back.

The youngest are also in the game: Baby Jordy Benera (2004), Soufiya Nina Ngueuleu (2004), Tara Elimbi Gilbert (2005), Fanny Rossi (2005), Lucie Bertrand (2005), Marie Mulot (2006), Alyssa Fernandez (2006).

In addition, the Czech international goalkeeper Barbora Votikova, still in rehabilitation after her rupture of a cruciate ligament in her left knee, will continue her recovery from Bougival from this Wednesday.

Finally, Kheira Hamraoui, who does not enter into the plans of the capital club, is however summoned to start the preseason.

It remains to be seen what his future will be like in the coming weeks.

As for Aminata Diallo, who is no longer under contract, she is not currently part of the group.

She still hopes to be able to extend her lease with the capital club.
