Four sections before the end of the Tour de France, Chris Fromm was forced to retire after being found positive for the corona virus.
Fromm, who was not a candidate for victory in the column but looked great during it, has won the column 4 times in the past and hoped to close the circle with another column in his career but as mentioned will not be able to do so this season.

Fromm's dropout due to his infection in Corona is the second loss of the Israel Premier Tech team, which parted ways with Simon Clark who is also positive.
Even before the jump to the first section, the Israeli team had to replace Omar Goldstein and Darrell Impi as a result of the virus.
