Does UEFA have a reason for concern? Not at all certain, but it seems that according to the Italian "Toto Sport", the leaders of Europe's biggest teams refuse to give up the big professional and financial dream - the Super League.
As I recall, an attempt by 12 teams from Spain, Italy, England and other countries tried during 2021 to carry out a "coup" and establish a prestigious league that would compete with the UEFA Champions League and in fact empty it of its content.
For a short time, the heads of those teams, such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus, stood on their back legs, but finally folded under the pressure of the uncompromising UEFA sanctions.

After most of the teams backed out, and it seems that the Super League will no longer be established, it is with some trepidation that today at UEFA it is revealed that at least three of the leaders of the major teams still have not given up on the dream.
During the exhibition games held by Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus in Las Vegas, the three team leaders met for a joint conversation and renewed the talks about the Super League.
Andrea Agnelli of the Old Lady, Florentino Perez of the Blancos and Juan Laforte of Barca made it clear, without quoting, that despite the UEFA sanctions, the idea of the Super League is still alive and well - the question is who will kick in the end.
