Kevin Durant is training for the start of the season (from Twitter)
Six years have passed since Kevin Durant joined Golden State and stunned the NBA, and now history may be repeating itself.
According to Adrian Wojnarewski, the senior reporter of the ESPN network, Durant may once again move to a team that lost in the playoff finals and wants to take one step closer to the championship.
This is the Boston Celtics, who according to the report are considered one of the four main candidates to receive KD in a trade alongside Miami, Phoenix and Toronto.
If the Celtics do receive a positive signal from the Nets, they may make available a particularly expensive package centered around Jaylen Brown.
The forward who became an All-Star this season will move to Brooklyn, as well as three unprotected first-round picks in 2025, 2027 and 2029.

Wojnarewski claims that no team has yet reached real negotiations with the Nets regarding Durant, and that the deal is still a long way off.
At the same time, when it comes to contacts with the Celtics, it is clear that Jayson Tatum is off limits.
Brown is slightly older (25) and has two years left on his existing contract, during which he will earn $56 million.
