Syria's table tennis team won the gold medal in the teams competition for the U-13 category at the West Asian Championship, which is currently being held in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
The gold of our team came with a 3-0 victory over all its competitors in the championship, namely Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan and Kuwait.
Our team participating in the tournament included Hind Zaza and Ibaa Hallaq, where the competitions took place according to the “Courbion” system, which allows the team to be made of only two players.
