The Israeli delegation to the European Youth Olympic Festival in Slovakia ended its performance in the competition today (Saturday), not before adding a gold and a bronze medal to Israel's medal tally.
Apparatus gymnast Dima Dutsenko won the gold medal in the tension final, after receiving a score of 13.633 points which, as mentioned, gave him first place in the final, this after he qualified for it earlier this week when he ranked first in the qualifiers with 13.55 points.

In doing so, Israel closed the successful competition with 8 medals in total, where 4 came from gold, 1 silver and 3 more from bronze and was ranked 14th overall in the medal table out of 48 participating countries.
