Bloomfield Stadium is hosting the French Super Cup for the second year in a row, will this time Israel shine a light on Paris Saint-Germain?
Last year it was the then champion Lille who beat the Parisians 0:1 who arrived with a very lacking lineup.
This time PSG is the champion, Lionel Messi and Neymar are present (as opposed to the yellowed Kylian Mbappe) and whoever hopes to surprise them is the holder of the Nantes trophy.
Christophe Galtier, who lost to Nantes in the cup final as coach of Nice, wants to take revenge and take a title already in his first official game as coach of PSG.
In his lineup is the Portuguese acquisition Vitinia and also Pablo Sarabia who returned from his loan at Sporting Lisbon.
Nantes, coached by ex-Parisian Antoine Comboire, is going up with veteran Moussa Sissoko who returned to France in the summer after nine years in England, and with star Ludovic Blas who may move to Lille in the coming days.
