RB Leipzig's CEO Oliver Mintzlaff has confirmed that the negotiations with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim about the transfer of national player David Raum to Saxony are about to be concluded.

Basically, he is still a TSG player.

"But I can say that we are in good talks and are on the home stretch," said Mintzlaff at the Sat.1 station.

"But nothing's signed yet."

The TV broadcaster Sky and the "Bild" had reported that the two Bundesliga rivals had agreed.

The 24-year-old defender should get a contract with the cup winners from Leipzig that is valid until the end of June 2027.

According to "Bild", Leipzig's left-back Angeliño should switch to TSG.

The Spaniard was not in the RB squad in the Supercup against Bayern.

Coach Domenico Tedesco confirmed: "Because he wants to clarify his future, he is not available."

AC Milan are paying €32m for De Ketelaere

According to media reports in Italy, Italian football champions AC Milan have signed 21-year-old Belgian Charles De Ketelaere from FC Bruges for 32 million euros.

In addition, there should be three million euros in possible bonus numbers.

The attacking midfielder is expected to sign with Milan until 2027 and earn €2.2m net per season.

The Belgian is expected to complete his medical with the Rossoneri on Monday and then sign the contract.

The Belgian is a player of choice for Milan coach Stefano Pioli.
