La Liga club Getafe announced today the signing of Borja Mayoral from Real Madrid.
The club stated in a statement on its official website that the team's management had agreed with Real Madrid to transfer the player Borja to its ranks in a final sale deal with a five-year contract.
Mayoral played 33 games with Real Madrid, scoring 7 goals and providing 4 assists.
The 25-year-old striker was loaned to German clubs Wolfsburg, Italian Roma and Spain's Levante, before he moved last season on loan to Getafe and played 18 matches with the team in La Liga, scoring six goals and giving one assist.
