Maccabi Netanya's midfielder, Aden Kartsev, who made a big breakthrough this year and reached the Israeli national team, is close to concluding a move to the Russian team Dynamo Moscow.
Last week there were secret talks between the Russians and the leaders of Maccabi Netanya and now it seems that the terms of the deal have been closed and Kartsev will be sold for two million euros.
Maccabi Tel Aviv, the former team of the midfielder, is supposed to receive about 20% of a future sale of the player and therefore it will also profit from the deal. Kartsev himself will sign for three seasons and is expected to earn about half a million euros.
