Liel Abde is making a splash at Celtic.
The young midfielder, who arrived at the Scottish luxury club last summer, is starting his second season with the team, where he scored 15 goals and assisted another 11 in his debut season.
Today (Thursday) the Israeli was interviewed by Celtic's official website.
"When I arrived at Celtic I didn't speak English, I had a teacher and he helped me whenever I needed it," said Abda, who added about his former friend, Nir Biton, who returned to Israel and signed with Maccabi Tel Aviv: "He was a big brother to me and I would talk to him about everything and he helped me A lot last year. I really love him and miss him."

The Israeli continued: "The coach gave me confidence last year, and I hope this season I can improve. I have goals for goals and assists but I want to keep it to myself, maybe ask me at the end of the season and I'll tell you if I reached them."
"Playing in the Champions League is a dream come true for me," said the young midfielder, who will play with Celtic in the continent's biggest factory.
"When I started playing football I saw it on TV and watched the best players, so this is a good opportunity for us to bring our football to this stage, hopefully we will have some good games."
